WHAT IS INCLUDED
The price includes guiding, baggage transfer, accommodation, breakfast and evening meals except where meals are eaten out, as indicated on the factfile. Travel to and from the start of the trip is not included.
We will take your booking by phone or email, but a deposit (non-returnable) is required to confirm a booking. Your deposit will be returned only if (a) there are no places available on the holiday of your choice or (b) if the holiday is cancelled due to lack of bookings or for any other reason.
Payment of the balance is required 4 weeks before the holiday start date. If not received by then your booking may be cancelled. Cheques to be made payable to “Pathways Mountain Journeys”.
- more than 4 weeks before the start date: deposit only
- 2-4 weeks before start date: 75% of full amount
- less than 2 weeks before start date: 100% of full amount
We reserve the right to cancel holidays for whatever reason with a minimum of 6 weeks notice.
These may be subject to alteration if accommodation availability or considerations of safety demand this
You MUST take out insurance to cover cancellation, personal accident, illness or loss of possessions. Make sure that your policy covers the activities to be undertaken. We can provide details of suitable policies with your booking confirmation. Pathways cannot accept liability for loss, damage or injury. You should be aware that all outdoor activities entail an element of risk.
You must let us know of any complaints straight away or at the latest, within 24 hours, so that we can try to put things right.
You must let us know if you suffer from any medical conditions that may affect your participation in the holiday.
Acceptance of these conditions is implied when a booking is made.
